## Commercial facts

The pilot includes 50 conversations per workspace, shared between support, sales and setup tests. Browser calls have a hard 10-minute limit; founder outbound phone tests are capped at two minutes. Calls pause at the allowance. Paid billing is disabled. Product features are described at their source pages; the human handoff page records current verification status.
