We use your details to respond to the pilot request.
The enquiry form asks for your name, email, optional website, support or sales interest, and any notes you choose to provide. In email draft mode, these details stay in the current browser page until you choose to copy them or open your email app. Preparing a draft does not send it to us. You must send the email yourself. Please keep passwords, customer records and sensitive personal information out of your notes.
If the connected submission service is available, the form sends these details with your consent and a submission time to our enquiry service. If you enquire by email, we receive the details you choose to send through your email provider.
We process the enquiry with your consent to assess the request and contact you about a pilot. The required checkbox covers that purpose. It does not subscribe you to a newsletter or other ongoing marketing. You can withdraw consent by contacting us.
The website and enquiry service use separate hosting.
Vercel hosts the website. When connected form submission is enabled, Railway hosts the enquiry service. Its active database records expire after 90 days and are removed by an hourly cleanup; hosting backup retention is handled separately. This database cleanup does not delete emails sent to us. Contact us to discuss or request deletion of email correspondence.
Hosting providers process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the service. The connected enquiry service keeps temporary pseudonymous request counters in memory for up to 10 minutes to limit spam; it does not store raw IP addresses in the enquiry database. Contact us for details about hosting locations and transfer arrangements.
We use Plausible to understand website visits and interactions without cookies. Its aggregate reports include page views, referral sources, device types, visitor countries and counts of form submissions, file downloads and clicks on external links. These analytics events do not include enquiry form fields. This website uses no advertising trackers, session recordings or non-essential cookies. Enquiry details are not sent to an AI model by this website.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your enquiry.
Contact privacy@tenhaw.com to request access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw consent. Other data protection rights may apply depending on the circumstances. You can also raise a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
The website’s 90-day enquiry retention does not describe voice product transcript retention. Before a pilot uses customer conversations, its data roles, providers, retention and deletion arrangements must be agreed separately.
