One allowance covers the whole workspace.

Support conversations, sales conversations and tests all draw from the same first-50 allowance. The allowance is not renewed separately for each channel or each person.

  • 50 conversations shared across the workspace.
  • A hard limit of 10 minutes per browser conversation.
  • Approved support and sales knowledge.
  • Conversation transcripts and feedback in the dashboard.
02

The pilot stops when it reaches the limit.

The current pilot does not collect payments and does not automatically move you to a paid plan. Browser calls end at 10 minutes, and the workspace stops starting conversations at its allowance.

The separate founder-only outbound phone test has a two-minute cap. Optional human telephony has separate provider costs to discuss during setup.

03

Request a pilot for the use case you want to test.

Send your website, choose support or sales and tell us what you want callers to be able to ask. We will contact you to discuss suitability and setup. Submitting the request does not create an account.

Paid plans and commercial launch terms have not been finalised. Any next stage will be agreed with you before it begins.

Common questions

Do I need a payment card to request a pilot?

No. The pilot request form does not ask for payment details, and the current product does not collect payment.

Is there an overage charge after 10 minutes?

No overage is collected in the current pilot. A browser conversation has a hard 10-minute limit.

Does testing use the free allowance?

Yes. Tests count towards the same 50-conversation workspace allowance as support and sales calls.
